    Eligibility criteria: This project can be run either for S1/S2 pupils, S3/S4 pupils, or 16-24 year olds. It is aimed at those young people struggling with low confidence and anxiety.

    This project combines personal development with health and fitness. We partner with Raith Rovers Community Foundation to deliver this course. It is usually aimed at either 14-17 or 16-24 year olds. Sessions run 2 days per week, with morning workshops based around wellbeing and self-help techniques. Afternoon sessions are held at Stark’s Park, where participants take part in football drills and other sporting activities, with a focus on leadership, coaching, etc.
