  • Steps to Resilience (STR)

    STR aims to build confidence and resilience in young people

    Area covered: Fife-wide

    Eligibility criteria: This project can be run either for S1/S2 pupils, S3/S4 pupils, or 16-24 year olds. It is aimed at those young people struggling with low confidence and anxiety.

    STR is a 9-week personal development programme, aimed to build confidence and resilience in young people, through a series of interactive wellbeing workshops. They cover a range of topics from mental health to social media and involve fun activities, with young people learning new skills along the way. We hope to encourage young people to re-engage with education, training, or employment. The programme covers the following age groups:

    •  P7 Transition to High School
    •  14-15 Year olds
    •  16-24 Year olds
