Fife Health & Social Care Partnership ILT Development Session
Created: 20/07/2026Fife Health & Social Care Partnership hold sessions twice a year to bring managers together to network and learn from each other.
This summer, they're offering a choice of three venues, with Dunfermline already sold out. The other sessions include Corn Exchange in Cupar and Town House in Kirkcaldy.
The afternoon starts at 1pm for registration and a chance for some informal networking before the programme starts. After each presentation there will be facilitated discussion time. They will close at 4.30 pm.
People are in their chosen venue together, but presenters will be via MS Teams to all venues.
Confirmed presenters include:
Tracy Hogg, Chief Finance Officer, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership
Tracy will introduce how AI is being used in the workplace to support productivity and efficiency, highlighting both opportunities and challenges. The aim is to spark discussion and hear your views, experiences and ideas about making best use of digital tools in our services.
Lynn Barker, Director of Nursing, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership
Lynn will open a conversation about the importance of wellbeing in leadership and what helps leaders stay effective while supporting others. This session is designed to encourage reflection and discussion on what supports your own wellbeing and resilience.
Cara Forrester, Internal Communications, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership
Cara will introduce a simple concept, 'have you asked?', to help leaders open up meaningful conversations and strengthen team culture. The session will invite discussion on the small actions leaders can take that make a positive difference to the working environment and experience of their teams.
