Tenancy Support Officer - Kingdom Housing Association
Created: 01/07/2026
Kingdom Group is transforming how they deliver services. They're committed to creating smarter, simpler, and better solutions for the customers and communities they serve. To make this happen, they rely on their Tenancy Support Services Team to help customers stay in their homes when life gets difficult - from money worries to wellbeing concerns. The Tenancy Support Officer supports the Neighbourhood Team to provide a customer focused tenancy sustainment service to our customers and act as an advocate for vulnerable or at-risk customers and support those in crisis or hardship.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting their vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities. If this sounds like you, they'd love to hear from you!
