Join Fife Health & Social Care Partnership for their Neurodiversity: Building Inclusive Practice in Health & Social Care training.
Delivered by Aileen Carson Coaching, the session will provide a practical insight into neurodiversity in the workplace, including:
- What neurodiversity is (including acquired neurodivergence)
- Strengths and differences associated with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and Tourette syndrome
- Communication, sensory and executive functioning differences
- Emotional experiences, such as rejection sensitivity, and supportive strategies
- Psychological safety and creating inclusive environments
- Practical adjustments to support colleagues and service users
- Clear, effective approaches to feedback
The session will include a range of interactive discussions and exercises to support learning and reflection.
Please note: Places are limited, and previous EDI sessions have reached capacity within 1 day. Early booking is recommended.
