    Their Asset Operations Team works together to provide high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, they're recruiting for an Electrician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting their vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

    The role

    As an Electrician, you will:

    • Carry out all required electrical maintenance and repair work in the properties, offices and any other buildings.
    • Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials.
    • Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

    About you

    They're looking for someone who has:

    • Completed a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship (SCQF 7) and has the 18th Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
    • Knowledge of trade specific legislation.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
