The Customer Support Team works together to provide a high-quality service to resolve customer complaints, assistance, guidance and address inquiries to ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, they're recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to within the Kingdom Group, supporting their vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities. This is an opportunity to shape how they work, ensuring that they're committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of their customers. They are looking to recruit for two Customer Support Advisors: 36 hour per week - Temporary based in Glenrothes till April 2028.

    The role

    As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll: 

    • Work as part of the Customer Support Team to provide an outstanding, reliable and continually improving service that exceeds customer expectations.
    • Respond to customer queries, in a timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
    • Provide a proficient and professional reception service.
    • Help to deliver core customer journeys in rent payments, repairs, complaints and housing management issues for Group customers.
    • Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders.
    • Utilise and support the implementation and development of new systems and platforms

    About you

    • SVQ3 level qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject 
    • Experience of working in a customer facing office environment 
    • Strong accuracy and attention to detail 
    • Strong understanding of data protection 
    • Strong digital skills 
    • The ability to remain calm under pressure
