The Winners of FVA's Volunteering and Voluntary Sector Awards 2026
Created: 04/06/2026The very best of Fife's volunteering community came together on Tuesday 02 June 2026 at Rothes Halls, Glenrothes, for a memorable evening celebrating the remarkable people and organisations that make such a positive difference across our communities.
The Volunteering and Voluntary Sector Awards recognise and champion the truly exceptional work of volunteers and voluntary organisations throughout Fife. Across 18 award categories, the awards shine a spotlight on the individuals, groups and organisations whose dedication, compassion and commitment help strengthen communities, improve lives and inspire others.
Widely regarded as the highlight of the year for volunteering in Fife, the awards provide an opportunity to celebrate success stories and recognise the outstanding contribution made by those who generously give their time, skills and energy to support others.
Hosted by Dave and Vanessa presenters of Original 106's Breakfast Show, the evening was filled with inspiring stories, well-deserved recognition and heartfelt applause. Awards were presented by category sponsors alongside Deputy Provost Councillor Dave Dempsey, helping to make the occasion a fitting tribute to the incredible contribution volunteers bring to the voluntary sector.
We would like to extend our congratulations to all nominees and finalists. The standard of nominations this year was exceptional, reflecting the passion, dedication and impact of volunteers and voluntary organisations across Fife.
