    We’re incredibly excited to introduce the sponsors of the Volunteering and Voluntary Sector Awards 2026!

    These valued partners are champions of volunteering and community action, recognising the extraordinary difference volunteers and voluntary organisations make every day across Fife. Their generous support enables us to shine a spotlight on the inspiring people and groups who strengthen our communities, and we’re proud to have them as part of this year’s celebrations.

    Our sponsors will join us on the evening of the awards, where they’ll help celebrate the achievements of our finalists and winners by presenting the award for their sponsored category. Together, we look forward to an unforgettable evening of recognition, inspiration and celebration.

     

    ACTIVE SCHOOLS 
    Young Volunteer of the Year Award category sponsor

    Fife’s Active Schools team work with primary, secondary, and additional support needs schools to increase the quality and range of opportunities to participate in sport. They also recruit and develop a network of volunteers and coaches, increase the number of young people accessing leadership roles, and support and develop pathways to improve the transition from schools to clubs.

     

    CITIZENS ADVICE & RIGHTS FIFE

    Citizens Advice Rights and Fife (CARF for short) is an independent charity that provides free expert advice and assistance to help you resolve your problems – no matter what these are.

    The Provost of Fife is Councillor Jim Leishman MBE. The Provost is the Civic Head at ceremonial, formal and other important events, promoting the values of the council and enhancing the reputation of the council and Fife. As well as the civic role, the Provost also chairs the Full Council meeting attended by all 75 councillors to ensure everyone has a voice and all parties have a fair hearing.
