Fife Health & Social Care Partnership is pleased to invite you to their Online Intercultural Awareness Workshop.
This workshop offers a dedicated opportunity to explore intercultural awareness in the workplace. It is designed to support participants to:
- develop a greater understanding of culture and identity
- reflect on their own perspectives, assumptions and ways of working
- build confidence when working with colleagues, partners and communities from different cultural backgrounds
- consider practical ways to communicate and work more inclusively
The session will be interactive and reflective, providing space for discussion, shared learning and practical takeaways that can be applied to everyday work.
The workshop will be facilitated by national training and field experts, Nafsiyat, who bring extensive experience in intercultural work and inclusive practice. The session is CPD certified.
Please note that this is the only Intercultural Awareness workshop scheduled on the current training calendar, so early booking is encouraged.
