Working pattern can be flexible across the working week to meet the needs of the role.Salary: £30,000 per annum (£15,000 pro rata) plus Living Pension - 9% Employer, 3% Employee contributionLocation: Fife-wide, primarily based in Glenrothes, with options to work from Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline or homeFife Voluntary Action (FVA) is looking for a Coordinator to develop and grow a Fife Peer Support network. You will work within the peer support principles of hope, empowerment, authenticity, responsibility, mutuality and experience. You will work with the network to grow a shared understanding of the different types of peer support and work with partners to co-produce a programme of training and workshops to embed peer support and practice within organisations across the statutory and third sector in Fife.
About you
FVA is looking for someone who has experience of working in the field of peer support and/or co-production, including practical experience of working with and supporting volunteers. You should have knowledge of the peer support network in Fife and have experience of organising events and training.
It’s essential that you are able to work well as part of a collaborative team and that you can lead projects, coordinating the work of all involved.
