    The Improvement Service ha recently announced the Employer Recruitment Incentive (ERI) Framework which has recently been reviewed and refreshed by a cross-sector working group, including employer representation.

    The updated guidance sets out the minimum standards and good practice to support delivery of any ERI delivered using No One Left Behind Funding, and takes into account Scottish Government requirements and guidance around eligibility, fair work and immigration status - as well as increased award amounts in consideration of real Living Wage levels.
