Their Cleaning Services Team plays a vital role in ensuring our estates and communal areas are safe, welcoming, and well maintained for the people who live in our homes.

    To support this crucial work, they're recruiting a Cleaning Services Coordinator to lead and develop the cleaning service.     The role

    As a Cleaning Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning service operatives to ensure our estates are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. You'll coordinate daily cleaning operations, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Leading and supporting cleaning operatives across multiple sites, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet service demand
    • Carrying out quality inspections, monitoring performance against KPIs, and implementing improvements
    • Analysing customer feedback and working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to enhance service delivery
    • Ensuring the teams have the right skills and infrastructure to carry out their role safely and effectively

    About you

    • Proven experience leading or supervising a team
    • The ability to analyse data, produce reports, and drive service improvement
    • Highly organised and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills and the flexibility to meet operational and customer needs
    • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, including COSHH
    • Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant field
