Are You Ready For Volunteers' Week 2026?
Created: 15/04/2026Volunteers’ Week is just around the corner (01-07 June), and it’s time to start planning! Whether you're hosting an event, giving a shout out to your amazing volunteers, or looking for new ways to get involved, Volunteers' Week has guidance for you, including branded resources, the padlet, and guidance for sharing experiences online.
Resources are now live
Now is the perfect time to start organising your events and activities for Volunteers' Week. It’s also a great opportunity to plan any materials you may need professionally printed in advance. Volunteers' Week has a full bank of resources, now live on the website, including:
In addition to these visual and branding resources, they also offer a range of top tips. These documents provide practical advice on event planning, media engagement, and outreach to local or national representatives.
The Padlet is open
Padlet is a collaborative online pinboard where you can share and explore inspiring stories, photos, and messages of appreciation related to volunteering.
Whether you’re highlighting your own volunteering journey or thanking someone who’s made a difference, the Padlet is the perfect space to celebrate the incredible impact volunteers make every day.
The Volunteers' Week team would love for you to get involved. Share your experiences, upload your favourite moments, or post a heartfelt thank you. Add your stories, photos, and shout-outs to help them build a vibrant wall of gratitude and celebration.
Share your experiences
Volunteers’ Week is a great opportunity to celebrate your volunteers by giving them a platform to share their own experiences of volunteering and what they enjoy most about it.
This year, Volunteers' Week encourages organisations to invite volunteers to share short quotes, photos or reels on social media and tag them. You can also share them on the 2026 campaign Padlet. It’s a simple way to reach more people and inspire others to get involved in volunteering and Volunteers’ Week.
