  • Cupar Health Walks with Bums Off Seats

    Bums Off Seats is a Fife walking initiative and they'll be holding walks in Cupar this spring and summer. 

    These free local health walks are led by a trained team of volunteer walk leaders. 

    The walks are suitable for most people, even if you have a long-term health condition. 

    The walks take place on Mondays at 1.30pm, meeting at Fluthers Car Park Information Point, 28 E Burnside, Cupar, KY15 4BH.

    They will take a break for the summer holidays and resume on 20 July 2026.
