This session is a chance to step back and think about how your organisation recognises and celebrates volunteers, now and in the future. Alongside planning for Volunteers’ Week 2026, they’ll make space to explore ideas around awards, nominations, thank‑you approaches, badges, celebrations and everyday recognition.
By talking things through with colleagues and peers from across the sector, you’ll:
- Share what’s worked (and what hasn’t)
- Pick up simple, realistic ideas you could adapt
- Get fresh thinking from peers facing similar challenges
- Leave feeling clearer and more confident about your plans
It’s a relaxed, supportive space to swap ideas and build approaches to recognition that genuinely feel meaningful for your volunteers.
