    Their Asset Operations Team plays a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality homes which are safe, well‑maintained, and fit for the future. To support this essential work, they're recruiting for an Asset Operations Manager.     The role

    As their Asset Operations Manager, you will:

    • Lead all asset operational services, including repairs & maintenance, grounds maintenance and managed stores.
    • Manage and develop a large, multi‑disciplinary team of operatives and specialists delivering a 24/7 service.
    • Drive operational performance, value for money (VFM) and service excellence across all asset operations.
    • Ensure high‑quality, customer‑focused service delivery through strong leadership, continuous improvement and a robust performance culture.
    • Oversee health and safety compliance, budget responsibility and contractor management.
    • Be the primary point of contact for Asset Operations, working closely with senior leaders and partners.

    About you

    They're looking for someone who:

    • Has five or more years in a senior management role within a relevant discipline.
    • Can lead high‑performance operational teams and drive service excellence.
    • Brings strong knowledge of asset operations.
    • Can embed VFM solutions and performance‑driven culture.
    • Demonstrates strong relationships and stakeholder management skills.
    • Has experience in business planning, contract management and regulatory compliance.
    • Holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
