  • LinkLiving: Managing Well Peer Group Spaces Available

    Created: 12/03/2026
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

There are spaces available in the next cohort for Managing Well Peer Group in Dunfermline, Levenmouth, and Kirkcaldy.

It's a seven week programme which starts on 30 March 2026.

The Managing Well group aims to reduce the barriers to accessing services through the provision of group sessions for survivors of childhood trauma. Sitting alongside their mainstream self-help service (Better than Well), this peer-led project enables survivors referred to the service to access support more quickly.

Managing Well continues to offer a safety and stabilisation service through supporting survivors to better understand the impact of trauma on their mental health and to develop emotional self-regulation techniques.

If you know of someone who may be interested in attending their peer support group, please complete the referral and highlight the group interest on the form: https://forms.office.com/e/AMhkgUpj5H
