The Fair Work Festival is a week-long programme of events developed by the Scottish Government in collaboration with partner organisations.

The Festival celebrates and promotes Fair Work practices across organisations of all sizes, sectors, and locations. The events will provide insight into the importance and benefits of Fair Work practices, as well as how employers can embed aspects such as flexible working, inclusive recruitment and employee voice.

Throughout the week, you will find a diverse range of events hosted by partners such as SUSE, Peer Works, Enterprise Agencies, Flexibility Works, Business in The Community, Close the Gap, ACAS and more.

Most sessions will be held online and are free to attend, making it easy for everyone to get involved. Please note - new events are being added to the programme on an ongoing basis.
