This session will cover:
- How to make your community event a success by planning effective communication to reach and engage your audiences with limited time and resources.
- Using the same simple and effective planning principles to achieve other important goals for your organisation.
- There will be a chance to ask questions at the end.
At the end of the session you be able to:
- Use a template to create an effective communications plan to increase your event attendance.
- Find resources available for community groups to help plan and implement event communications, including support from Climate Action Fife and Fife Climate Hub.
- Use the communication planning principles to achieve other goals for your organisation.
This session will be delivered by Kaska Hempel, Communication and PR Officer for the Fife Climate Hub.
Who should attend?
These online workshops are open to community groups based in Fife and anyone who wants to create a positive impact on the climate emergency.
Sessions are aimed at beginners. There is plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about each topic.
Workshops are hosted on Zoom. You will be sent a link to join before the session. Please note spaces are limited so booking is required.
