Know Your Network 2025 Marks Another Successful Year
Created: 06/11/2025
Dorothee Leslie welcomes attendees to this year's event
The annual Know Your Network event took place on 05 November at the Glen Pavilion in Dunfermline and once again highlighted the strong collaboration within Fife’s employability sector.
Now in its 11th year, the event was co-delivered by Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) and Opportunities Fife Partnership, bringing together colleagues from across third sector organisations, local authority services, and private sector partners. It was part of InvestFife's Business Week programme, designed to support, connect and champion businesses across the region.

Attendees taking part in discussions
The event was hosted by Dorothee Leslie, Chair of Opportunities Fife Partnership and Employability Manager at FVA, who welcomed attendees and reflected on the continued importance of working together to support people into meaningful employment.
A keynote presentation was delivered by Pegs Bailey, National Third Sector Employability Partnership Engagement Manager, who spoke about the importance of co-production in designing effective, person-centred employability services.

The event included a range of stalls from local third and public sector organisations
With information stalls, networking, and opportunities to form new working relationships, the event provided a valuable space for partners to share updates and strengthen collaboration - particularly as preparations begin for the re-commissioning of employability services for March 2026–2029.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed - your collaboration continues to improve employment outcomes for people across Fife.
