  • Fife Health and Social Care Partnership: Supporting Unpaid Carers to Access Information & Support

    Created: 22/10/2025
    News/Events Category: Consultations
This item will show under the following categories: Carer Support   Health and Social Care

Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have developed a survey to learn about your experiences so they can shape and deliver services to unpaid carers that best meet your needs.

The aim of the work is to better understand your experience as an unpaid carer, particularly those with protected characteristic groups - age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation - when accessing information and support.

    There are two surveys:

    For community club/group leads: https://forms.office.com/e/94ixvVFuH9

    For unpaid carers: https://forms.office.com/e/H9ecAtfMCv

The closing date for both surveys is Monday 15 December 2025.
