With recent changes to Scottish charity law, it’s more important than ever for charity trustees to understand their duties and responsibilities.
This Trustees’ Week (3-7 November 2025), OSCR is hosting a free webinar where you’ll have the chance to ask their Scottish charity regulation experts about everything from good governance to annual returns.
Whether you want to know more about the charity trustee details which will appear on the Scottish Charity Register from early 2026, would like some top tips about how to recruit new trustees or have a query about the duties of charity trustees in Scotland, they’re here to answer your questions.
