    The Leven Programme is committed to working directly with those who live, work and visit the local area. The River Park Programme as the most active project in the Programme began delivery phase in June 2025.

    The £5m River Park Programme is transforming a 4km stretch of the River Leven into an accessible, biodiverse and vibrant River Park for local communities and visitors. The programme combines environmental improvements with heritage, learning and play to reconnect people with the river and its rich social and industrial past. 

    They are looking for organisations, companies, and individuals to undertake paid projects. Below is a list of the current projects out to tender.

    Outdoor Community Cinema Services 

    As part of the River Park Programme’s Engagement and Empowerment Project, the Outdoor Community Cinema will play a key role in celebrating local stories, heritage, and creativity while positioning the River Park as a destination for large-scale cultural activity. 

    The appointed consultant/agency will be expected to: 

    • Deliver nine outdoor cinema events across three years (2025-2028), curating heritage, community-led, and blockbuster films in line with RPP themes 
    • Provide and manage all technical, logistical and promotional aspects of screenings
    • Ensure events are accessible, safe, inclusive, and engaging for diverse local audiences

    Interested parties should register their Expression of Interest (EOI) by e-mailing [email protected] with the subject line “Outdoor Community Cinema EOI”.

    The closing date for EOI is 4.00pm on Monday 20 October 2025.

    Digital Heritage Storytelling Project 

    This project will: 

    • Deliver a programme of co-creation workshops with schools, youth groups, older residents and community partners
    • Capture intergenerational stories through creative formats such as oral history, performance, writing, music or food traditions
    • Produce a series of short digital storytelling clips (1–2 minutes) that celebrate Levenmouth’s heritage and can be shared online, at events and in the River Park itself
    • Showcase the work at a public launch event in Levenmouth

    Interested parties should register their Expression of Interest (EOI) by e-mailing [email protected] with the subject line “Digital Heritage Storytelling EOI”.

    The contract is expected to run from November 2025 to December 2026, with a value of up to £17,300 ex VAT.
