    Scottish Ballet is delivering free monthly online fun and engaging movement sessions exclusively for Fife care home residents, care settings, and community groups.

    Led by experienced Dance Health artists, these interactive classes will feature gentle movements based on Scottish Ballet's repertoire, and uplifting live music.

    The sessions will take place monthly between 11am and 11:45am on the following dates:

    • Wednesday 27 August
    • Wednesday 24 September
    • Wednesday 29 October
    • Wednesday 26 November
    • Wednesday 17 December
    • Wednesday 28 January
    • Wednesday 25 February
    • Wednesday 25 March

    Please note: You do not need to be able to join every class and you are welcome to join at any time during the programme.
