  • Vodafone Business launches new cybersecurity content series to promote proactive security

    Vodafone Business have launched a video series designed to explore key themes in cyber resilience and provide expert insights into the evolving threat landscape.

    Cyber threats continue to evolve, making it critical for organisations to adopt a proactive approach to security, especially with 50% reporting having experienced some form of cyber-attack in 2024 alone.

    To support this mission, Vodafone Business has launched a brand-new and free cybersecurity video series, designed to explore key themes in cyber resilience and provide expert insights into the evolving threat landscape.

    The series aligns with Vodafone Business’s proactive security approach, focusing on three key pillars: proactive people, proactive processes, and proactive technology. Each episode will spotlight one of these pillars, featuring in-depth discussions with industry experts who bring valuable perspectives on cybersecurity best practices.

    Three episodes have been recorded, with more possible in the future. Each features a distinguished guest sharing insights on proactive security.

    Episode 1: Proactive People – Ethical Hacker Dr. Katie Paxton-Fear discusses the role of individuals in cybersecurity, from ethical hacking to employee training.

    Episode 2: Proactive Processes – Ade Clewlow, Associate Director at NCC Group, explores security frameworks, risk management, incident response strategies and the importance of governance in a proactive security approach.

    Episode 3: Proactive Technology – Dan Chillcott, Director of Global Alliances at Zscaler sits down with Steve Knibbs, Director of Vodafone Business Security Enhanced, to examine how advanced cybersecurity technologies protect digital assets.

    The first episode is available to view now, with subsequent episodes to be released in the near future.

    By launching this series, Vodafone Business aims to not only provide valuable cybersecurity insights, but also reaffirm its position as a trusted expert in this field through conversations with subject matter experts from the company’s strategic partnerships. With cyber threats becoming more sophisticated, adopting a proactive security mindset is more important than ever—and this series serves as an essential resource for businesses looking to stay ahead.
