Come along to Caledonia House, Glenrothes on Thursday 05 June 2025 to hear the latest updates on volunteering development, take part in hot topic discussions to ensure your voice is heard, and make connections with other volunteer coordinators and managers. Learn about strategies, tools, frameworks and resources which you can use to improve and enhance your practice.
Held during Volunteers' Week, you will hear from our keynote guest speaker, Dawn Fisher, from NHS Scotland, who will provide an overview of the impact of volunteering in NHS settings in Scotland. An informed insight will also be provided into the hot topics currently impacting volunteer involving organisations and how these can be managed.
Delegates can select from and participate in discussions focused on a diverse range of pressing issues such as promoting inclusion, engaging with young people through Youth Philanthropy Initiative, maintaining the health and wellbeing of staff and volunteers, developing your staff and volunteers with Openlearn resources, tackling climate action and youth volunteering, all of which are having a significant impact on volunteering involving organisations.
This is an ideal chance to celebrate volunteering in Fife, learn about the valuable work of others, add to your network, and have your say on how we can best support with volunteer development going forward. This is a must-attend event for anyone in the sector.
