    Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) has been shortlisted in the Recruiter Magazine’s UK Charity of the Year Awards, and the winners are selected via a public vote, closing on 12 July 2024.

    FEAT was selected for its ongoing progress in supporting adults with severe mental health conditions to secure employment but also the success with developments within its base at Silverburn Park, including a £10m fundraising campaign that is leading to the restoration and redevelopment of the Park’s B-listed flax mill – to open in 2026 as a visitor centre, with FEAT’s service user group gaining new opportunities for training and employment.
