Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Asset Management team manage, maintain, and invest in their property assets to make sure that their properties provide attractive, good quality homes for their residents and future customers.About the Role
Kingdom is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to be part of the Grounds Maintenance Team. The team works across a specified geographical area undertaking year-round work for customers in landscaped and communal areas. They carry out general ground maintenance such as grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, low level tree pruning, and leaf collection.
You will work as part of this team, focusing on the Fairfield Estate in Perth. You will also occasionally assist their Community Works Operative with waste collection in Perth and other geographical areas. You will have access to a van for travel between sites and will be provided with all the relevant training and equipment to carry out the role.
About You
You will have previous experience in a semi-skilled manual labour role, good customer service skills, and be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will have a full driving licence and basic knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
