Change Mental Health is currently accepting bookings for Summer 2024 for any summer camps, youth clubs or services that work with young people. They’re fortunate to be fully funded for a limited time, meaning they’re able to deliver all of their services for free.
What can a young person expect from a ‘Your Resilience’ workshop?
Your Resilience offers a refreshing perspective on resilience through one-hour workshop-style sessions. Designed with input from young people, it supports an open conversation about what resilience is and what is required to build it. Your Resilience will leave young people with a suite of tools and resources to maintain their mental health both now and into the future.
