Enquire, in partnership with Falkirk Council, have developed learning modules on some key additional support for learning topics, including identifying and meeting learners’ needs, supporting disabled learners, and working with families.

    Who is it for?

The modules are useful for all educators, either as an introduction to, or as a refresher, on additional support for learning. Other professionals working with children and young people with additional support needs may also find them helpful as a general overview of the framework in which you are working.

How can the modules help you?

The modules can help you get to grips with some of the key laws and guidance governing additional support for learning in Scotland. They can help you quickly identify what you need to know, and offer you some top tips for putting your knowledge into practice and supporting your learners. Each module also encourages you to reflect on your own practices.

Each module should take 15 – 30 minutes to complete.
