The Role
As Project Supervisor you'll be part of a small but busy team working with volunteers at the park, across different business areas, including in their cafe, campsite, estate, events, and gardens. You'll work closely with the gardener and partners to recruit, support, and progress volunteers, reviewing their workload and tasks.
With a caseload of 20-25 (rolling) participants, you will focus on supporting increased employability and engagement. You'll create, develop, and deliver training and support to volunteers, many of whom will go on to complete a recognised or accredited qualification. This is a varied role and no two days will be the same.
FEAT will consider applications on a self-employed basis if preferred.
More information about the job can be found in the job description.
