    The Joseph Roundtree Foundation (JRF) has published a new report which shares learning from work it has done to develop a deeper understanding of what is meant when people talk about poverty stigma, including a proposed redefinition of poverty stigma and its role in making poverty socially acceptable, and offers recommendations on re-framing poverty as an issue of economic injustice and developing rights-based understandings and approaches to poverty mitigation.
