Where: Lomond Centre, Woodside Way, Glenrothes

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Do you look after someone because they are ill, disabled or frail, and do it unpaid? Then you are a carer!

Come along and join this pop-up session where they'll have coaches available and a mixture of activities/sports for all ages to get involved with. There will be free refreshments too.
