About the role
Glenrothes supports 16 people. Seven of their supported people are in the same block of flats, with the rest out in the community. Ark support people from the age of 17 all way through to older adults.
There are good bus transport links to the rest of Fife and the nearest train station is nearby at Markinch.There is a great team of motivated, pro-active Support Workers in Glenrothes that will give you a great support network.

The main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people
- Communicate and work well with Ark's supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships
- Carry out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and guidelines
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement
