Dhoom Indian Streatery & Bar in Dunfermline has revealed it has given away £4,250 in donations so far this year.

They have now pledged to contribute £750 every month to a different local charity or group.

Groups that have already received a donation include Dunfermline & Carnegie Cricket Club, Inverkeithing united FC, Dunfermline Tennis Club, and Studio 11 Dance Club.

Dhoom Chef and Proprietor Dhaneshwar Prasad said "We love to give back to the local community here at Dhoom. During COVID we donated over 500 free meals to front line workers and it's all gone on from there.

"We're trying to cover a mix of activities and age groups, so that as many different types of activities are covered as possible."
