    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) provide housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Asset Management team manage, maintain and invest in property assets to make sure that KHA's properties provide attractive, good quality homes for their residents and future customers.

    About You

    You will work as part of the Asset Management in-house maintenance team as a qualified Plumber (or an Advanced Plumber) to carry out repairs and maintenance work such as periodic inspections, repairs and alterations in our properties. You'll also carry out some limited multi-trade works when required such as basic joinery work so the ability to do this is essential.

    Whilst their depot is based in Perth, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by us throughout East Central Scotland. You will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota which you will be paid an additional allowance for. A van, some tools and testing equipment will be provided. A current and valid driving licence is essential You'll also need a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
