    Post: Volunteer Coordinator
    Contract: Permanent
    Hours: 20 per week. Working pattern to be agreed on appointment. Occasional weekend work may be required.
    Salary: £24,396 - £26,012 per annum pro rata (£13,187 - £14,060)


    Families First St Andrews work alongside children, young people and their families to overcome the personal challenges they face in life. Families First (FF) require a suitably qualified person to work closely with FF senior management team to take the lead on all volunteer recruitment and retention processes and to ensure volunteers receive an excellent experience whilst volunteering with FF.

    The Role

    Duties will include recruitment, induction, training, managing confidential records, networking and supporting the Trustees with Friends of Families First.

    Applicants should read the job description and person specification fully to ensure they have the skills to fulfil the role. 

    The post is subject to a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
