    Step On

This programme is for 16-19 year olds offering support with personal development, wellbeing and employability. The course runs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 10am-3pm, and is for young people not currently in employment or education.

Participants will complete a series of wellbeing workshops, building confidence and resilience and will look at life skills and take part in physical activity, delivered by partners at Raith Rovers Community Foundation.

This course offers young people the chance to complete the Employability Award at Level 4 and gain valuable skills such as

    • CV writing
    • Interview techniques
    • Application skills

Participants will be supported by a dedicated project worker, and can also take part in coaching skills with Raith Rovers CF and earn Saltire Awards for volunteering.

    Moving on Up

This is a personal development course for 16-19 year olds, running on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays,10:00 - 3:00pm. The course is designed for young people who are experiencing anxiety and who have left school without a positive destination.

Participants will take part in practical and interactive wellbeing workshops, designed to provide them with the tools to manage their own wellbeing. They will also take part in a group project through the completion of the Personal Development Award at Level 4. This is a great opportunity for young people who have struggled in a school setting or don’t know what their next steps are likely to be, to build confidence and set goals for the future.

Both programmes offer one-to-one support after the 12 weeks, where required.
