  • Date For Your Diary - Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

    Created: 28/03/2024
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

Mental Health Awareness Week will be held Monday 13 - Friday 17 May 2024.

This year's theme is Move For Your Mood.

Being active is important for mental health and wellbeing. Fife Health and Social Care Partnership will be encouraging people to move for their mood, finding ways you can build movement into your day and understanding how this benefits your mental health and wellbeing.

    Drop-in Sessions

If your organisation is interested in taking part, the Partnership's Health Promotion Service and Fife Council Active Communities Team are holding two drop-in sessions online in the run-up to Mental Health and Awareness Week.

Join one of these sessions on either Thursday 18 April or Tuesday 30 April to find out more about this year's theme and the resources and support available to promote the campaign in Fife. No booking is required.
