The cost of essentials, food, energy and rent have risen sharply over the last year or so. The cost-of-living crisis is impacting millions of households in the UK.

In this workshop Money Advice Scotland aim to help you to understand the context of the crisis, and how it has affected the price of the energy we use. They'll discuss your energy bill and the information contained on it, check the latest price cap figures, look at some energy saving tips and provide information on the support available if you are struggling with energy debt.
