To increase the confidence and competence of those working with young people in relation to sexual health and relationships.
Learner Outcomes
- Increased confidence in meeting young people’s sexual health needs
- Increased understanding of how values and attitudes towards sexual health, sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender impacts on interventions with young people
- Increased knowledge of current issues for young people in sexual health
- Increased confidence in speaking to young people about sexual health and relationships
- Increased knowledge and confidence to be able to deliver basic sexual health services, including free condoms, postal testing kit,s and pregnancy testing
