    Aims

    Anyone working directly with low income households in health, education, childcare, social work and voluntary sector, who can play a part in promoting take-up and maximising income. No existing skills or previous training required.The training will provide an overview of Fife's Benefit Take Up campaign, training on the use of a benefit check tool and access to a toolkit that will aid you in discussions with Fife customers. 

    Learner Outcomes

    By the end of this course participants will have:

    • An increased understanding of Fife’s Benefit Checker, including how to confidently navigate through the system
    • The knowledge to complete a benefit check of current entitlement
    • The ability to complete application forms for potential benefit entitlements highlight
    • A trusted way to signpost people where to go to access any estimated entitlement and further support
    • Access to the Our Fife campaign toolkit to assist in the promotion to help reduce the cost of living
