We'll be exploring why having a range of perspectives and experiences on your board helps you make better decisions, and how your organisations can use this to make your organisation more impactful.
In this webinar, you'll hear from Ian Joseph, Managing Director of Trustees Unlimited about the importance of diversity in making strong decisions at board level and beyond. Ian Joseph has had a range of roles including Co-Founder of Step on Board, one of the UK's leading senior employee engagement programmes, and Joint Managing Director of Russam, a B Corp focussing on interim management, executive search, board practices, and total project delivery. Throughout his career, he has recruited hundreds of trustees for a wide variety of organisations.
