    Salvation Army Employment Plus has received funding to give support to participants who are new to Scotland and need support in overcoming barriers to employment. Individual assessments are carried out and action plans created depending on needs, however support on offer includes: 

    • Employability - application forms, interview coaching, mock interviews, creating a CV, transferable skills, travel, communication, and presentation
    • Training - IT skills, training, and qualifications
    • Wellbeing and life skills - benefits help, relationships, money management/debt, and housing 
    • In work support - confidence building, help keeping a job, finding a better job, and performance at work 
    • Plus much more!
