Frontline Fife - Senior Inclusion Practitioner (Families)
Created: 18/05/2023About the Organisation
Frontline Fife works to end homelessness through preventative action and by supporting people to choose the life they aspire to.
As a charity that embraces change head-on, it has secured additional funding and has taken bold steps to reshape its approach to support and care to ensure it can continue to meet the needs of the people it serves. As a result, it is now seeking to recruit compassionate individuals who gain personal satisfaction from supporting people to be empowered and who are committed to enabling others to develop their skills and confidence to thrive in their communities. If you believe you have the ability to build positive relationships, enjoy developing new skills and knowledge and want to be part of a team that values diversity, well-being and self-improvement, then consider joining the team to help achieve outcomes that can make a lasting difference across Fife.
About the Role

As a senior practitioner, you will also be expected to actively promote the principles and practice of social inclusion, develop your leadership qualities, and contribute to improving and achieving better family-centred outcomes.
