The Decider Skills use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to teach children, young people and adults the skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health. More information is in this factsheet.

Complex psychological theory has been distilled into highly effective, evidence-based skills for individuals and organisations.

Barnardo's is running a Decider skills 4 week online programme for parents and carers. This course will run for 4 weeks online and will cover skills for parents/carers to utilise themselves as well as look at how they can use the skills to support their child/young person.

To signal your interest in attending this course, please complete this online form.

Contact [email protected] if you have any further questions.
