Hours: 54 hours per 4 week period (9 week 1, 9 week 2, 18 hours in each of 3 and 4. Night Shift included
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Essential requirements: Due to the personal care elements associated with this role a female Personal Assistant is preferred. Previous experience in providing personal care.
SDS Options Fife is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to assist a fun-loving, positive 72 year old lady with a great sense of humour. She enjoys spending time with her family, doing crosswords and has an interest in golf.
She is looking for support with:
- Light domestic duties inclusive of laundry.
- Preparation and cooking of meals.
- Prompting medication.
- Provision of personal care inclusive of getting in and out of bed.
About you:
- You must have a caring nature with an awareness of what support required.
- Respect dignity when assisting with personal care.
- Be friendly and outgoing with a good sense of humour.
- Previous experience of using a hoist would be advantageous but not essential.
