    Post: Social Spark Project Worker

    Hours: 21 hours /week

    Salary: £20,000—£22,000 per annum, dependent on experience (pro rata)

    Contract: Fixed term to the end of October 2025

    Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund,  Falkirk’s Mental Health Association (FDAMH) seeks to recruit a Project Worker within our Social Spark service. With demonstrable skills in working with people with reduced mental wellbeing, along with excellent communication skills, the successful applicant will assume the day-to-day responsibility for the activity-based group programmes, have experience and the ability to lead outdoor pursuits and review and develop our existing indoor and outdoor activity groups. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible and have creative skills to work with clients and volunteers.
