Salary: £23,142 - £25,892 per annum (position on the scale is dependent on experience)
Fife Women's Aid (FWA) is looking to recruit a full-time Women's Support Worker to join its Women's Support team. This role will provide information, advice, advocacy and support to women who contact FWA, as well as carry out trauma-informed assessment and intervention.
Applicants for this role should have experience in providing support in a relevant social care setting and have a good understanding of supporting people who have experienced trauma. The successful applicant will have at least SVQ Level III or an equivalent level of qualification in health and social care or another relevant subject, or equivalent experience and a willingness to work towards a qualification. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of motivation and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
